Questions on the process?
First Step
The first step is a customer to request a quote via chat bot, email, or phone call providing requirements for the request or details about a problem to be solved. Quotes are estimates and as such, the more detailed the provided requirements are, the more accurate the time and price of the quote will be. The team will review the requirements, clarify any questions with the client. Sign off and prepare for payment 1/4.
Second Step
Second, a project plan is submitted to the client upon payment with milestones and dates.
The next payment is made when approximately half the project is completed (based on the project plan)
Third Step
Third, once the project has been completed and signed off, the third payment is due.
Fourth Step
The fourth and final payment is due after deployment and configuration has been completed along with and documentation and instructions.
Maintenance plans are available as a service or ad-hoc based on need.
